Recently I tore muscles in my back and couldn't raise my arm for a few weeks. That injury put me out of the game for a few months. Then I broke my foot, that was pure stupidity. Followed by me breaking my nose boxing ( I knocked him out so I count it as a draw.). Not to mention bouts of arthritis flares that felt like fire in my whole body and glass in my joints. But I am putting it behind me and focusing on my goals. I am going to develop my muscle as much as I can. I want to start rock climbing, kickboxing and, just feeling good again.
